If you are in the market for a penile enlargement method, you might have probably heard of Danamedic Aps. of Denmark and their solution. They are the designers and developers of the ProExtender, the product that we are about to review in this article.
The Basics
The ProExtender is a mechanism that uses the principle of traction for stimulating the human's body natural reaction of adapting to an applied physical force. By applying constant tension to a body part, the tissue cells divide and multiply, gradually expanding the tissue. You might have also noticed this in some African and South American tribes which practice neck, lip, and ear lengthening.
Construction
The ProExtender is composed is composed of three major elements:
- A plastic ring with a recess for the urethra which is fastened around the base of the penis;
- Two metal rods attached to the ring which contain each a spring system inside a hidden tube.
- Following the two rods there is a plastic support provided with two small holes, through which a silicone tube used for fastening the penis glans is passed.
Mounting
The ProExtender is mounted by fastening the plastic ring around the base of the penis, with the two rods on each side of the penis and the penis glans resting in the end support. An eyelet is obtained by passing the provided silicone tube through the two holes in the support; through this eyelet the tip of the penis is introduced.
By using excessive initial force, in singular cases, soreness can be experienced from using the ProExtender. For this cases, a protection pad together with a longer silicone tube are provided. The protection pad must be slowly expanded and snugly fit behind the penis glans, and the longer silicone tube mounted instead of the regular sized one.
For adjusting the traction force (from 600 to 1500g in increments of 300g), two thumbscrews placed on the metal rods will be turned inwards. For the firs 2-3 weeks, a force no greater than 900g is recommended and during the same period, wearing the ProExtender should not exceed 4-5 hours daily. The following weeks, the traction force may be extended to 900 to 1200g and wearing periods can be increased to 12 hours a day for a total period of 3 to 6 months.
The ProExtender is dismounted by loosening the silicon tube from the support and by turning outwards the two thumbscrews. The ProExtender should be then cleaned with soapy water or a .5 proof chlorhexedrine alcoholic solution.
Purchasing Options
The ProExtender can be shipped in two packaging options:
- The Original ProExtender in a cardboard box
- The Deluxe ProExtender in a mahogany case with an extra set of 2-inch elongation bars, silicone tube and tightening keys.
