Desogen is a mixture of female hormones which inhibits egg release from the female ovary, thus preventing ovulation. It causes thinning of uterine lining and cervical mucous. That is why it is specially used to prevent pregnancy.
Side Effects
Difficulty in breathing, hives, and swelling on the face, throat, tongue or lips are some indications of possible allergic reactions that may occur in a few users of Desogen.
