There are 22 main letters in the Hebrew alphabet. There are also some extraor 'secondary' letters which are still used. These additional letters are eitherthe same as one of the 22 letters but only used at the end of words, or are thesoftened form of letters. There are 9 of these additional letters

If you are confused so far, then try not to be, as once you see the alphabetit will become much clearer.
