Reading Hebrew

Hebrew, unlike English sounds as it is written, making it much easier to read. It follows a set ofrules when putting together words, which are kept to with few exceptions. Before looking at how words are put together, let's look at thevowels which are on and around the letters. It is using these vowels whichdecides how the letters sound.

how i preach (but not how you should)

it just occurred to me that i've preached every sunday since the start of february, which is not really a lot, but it's more than i preached all last year, and now i'm into a pattern of preparing and preaching every sunday, and i thought i'd jot down some notes. sermon prep takes usually between 4-8 hours for me. If it takes 8 hours, that's actually all the time slots left in my part time position, so I try not to let it take that long, but I also work to get it to the point I'm happy with. S
