The Hebrew Vowels Are Quite Different

Hebrew, unlike English sounds as it is written, making it much easier to read. It follows a set of rules when putting together words, which are kept to with few exceptions. Before looking at how words are put together, let's look at the vowels which are on and around the letters. It is using these vowels which decides how the letters sound.

For demonstration purposes we will put these vowels on the letter Bet,
