Solving Quadratic Equations

A quadratic equation takes the form:

ax² + bx + c = 0  

This is not a clear explanation so far in my books, so let's try and describe them a bit further. Let's first explain that a,b and c can be any number depending on what the question dictates. x is also a number, which when inserted into the equation, proves the equation to be true. It is x which we are trying to find out to obtain the final answer to solve the equation.

To explain the above equation even further:

a multiplied by x multiplied by x

plus 

b multipliedby x 

plus 

c 

is equal to 0

It is always a good idea to perform routine maintenance on your computer. Windows creates files during normal operations and is designed to delete them at shutdown. Unfortunately, it doesn't do a good job. To find and delete the temporary files:Search for any files that have a TMP extension and delete them. To find them, go to Start Search For Files or Folders.
